Its my first ski that I have ever gotten in my life. After trying several other skis at the same price range, I felt this was the best. After purchasing this ski, it took about 2-3 hrs in total to get completely adjusted to them. Perhaps, it is hard to adjust as it is a center mount ski. It would feel a bit awkward if you normally ski a lot on skis that are mounted not in the center, but if you haven't skied in a while, you should be perfectly fine. I'd say this is good for intermediate-advanced levels
