Gear Review
Great for touring/mountaineering

Ranked #1248 - Men's Ski Pants
February 9, 2010
I am 5 ft. 8 and 145 lbs (all woman) and the size small fits perfect in length/fit and still allows me to wear a layer or two underneath. I like them better than the women's Arc'teryx theta bibs for shorter ski mountaineering and ski touring trips because they are lighter and not too "hippy" and they aren't too low in the waist so that you get a bunch of snow in the pants when you are ripping through the waist-deep stuff. Also, easy to rip off the pants on intense ascents and put back on once you summit.
The material is thin but seems pretty durable (so far). The gaitors (sp?) around the ankles keep the snow out and there are lots of adjustable pulleys to tighen/loosen to keep the freezing air out.
When I bought them, they were on sale for a great price.
