Tried them out this past weekend, went skiing in Vermont. Walked through lots of snow.
Havn't dipped my toes in a creek yet but I have no doubts.

Very important: Go a half size bigger than you usually wear in street sneakers.
I had to exchange to first pair for the next half size up. Now I'm good.

Comfortable, grippy, & dry!!!
