i ditto the below comment, they seriously look identical to the REI boots "urban escapee" was talking about. high quality leather, soles, craftsmanship. super impressed with these boots and the rubber toe grip is awesome!

Mammut purchased Raichle several years ago and in 2009 they re-branded it Mammut. If you look inside of the boot they have a tag that says Raichle still. Raichle used to make some of the REI boots but not any longer.
