I bought this for my 1.5 year old. He's a big boy but the xxs is still a little big. Even so, it is wonderful! This fleece is nice and thick and super warm while STOL allowing my little guy to fit in his car seat without problem. I originally purchased a heavy snow coat but returned it. It was way too stiff for his comfort and I needed a shoe horn to get him in the carseat. Returned it for the fleece and I am glad I did. It is hard to find something warm and comfortabe with a hood. He will wear it next year too ( perfect 3 season coat). worth every penny. LOVE IT
