Gear Review
Great Jacket, bad colors

I love this jacket. I'm 5'10" 160 lbs and the Medium fits perfectly. The thumbhole on the wrist gaiters isn't so comfy, but the gaiters are still awesome without using the thumbhole. Your arms have full range of comfortable movement without tugging at the body of the jacket. Technically it's the best coat I'v worn. Man, the colors do stand out though. I got the black/Lime since the blue was so so bright. Maybe once it's dirty it'll look better, but the lime is blindly bright. I'd be nice to see the stoic line have better colors, ones adults can wear without feeling silly. My fiancee got the womans one and had the same problem with how bad the pink was. That being said, I love it and wouldn't trade it for any other jacket on the market.

The colours are actually the greatest failing in what otherwise looks to be an awesome jacket. Hopefully BC will fix this in their 2010/11 iterations of their products.

The colors are one of the things that make Stoic gear great. I love the bright orange of my tangerine Bombshell bib pants. Now I'm looking for a Bombshell jacket to go with them.
