If you want to go "Wayback" - far into the backcountry, than this is the tool of choice. This light, durable and touring minded ski will get you to the far bowls that no one has skied yet, and they won't tax you getting back there. I pair them with Scarpa F3 boots and dynafit classics for an ultralight set up that still skis well. The wide tip helps float in the pow, but still have enough sidecut to carve on the hill. A durable, dependable and predictable ski for powder slaying and touring, not straight-lining and back flips.
