Love the boots....and great customer service too!

I owned a pair of these boots (not the Titanium) for about 8-9 yrs before they fell apart last winter while snow showing. I'm pretty sure this had something to do with the fact that they were stored in the garage which gets pretty HOT in the summer. I went ahead and tried them again....and I am in LOVE. The higher shaft keeps me from feeling bruised over the bones in my ankles, the color and styling is great ( and my husband said snow boots were not meant to look good) and they were very warm. We spent for days up in the mountains and I my attention was on the fun in the snow not on how my boots felt (except for the comments on how good they looked). The best compliment that I can pay to these boots is that you can forget that you are wearing them.

I also have to mention the absolutely fantastic customer service I received. I had about 8 months to order new boots, but I waited until the week before I needed them to order. I called to talk with someone from tech support (Shane) to see if the boots ran true to size (which I believe they do, but I have narrower feet) and they suggested that since I had to have them for a trip that I order the 6.5 and 7 to compare. I did just that! I wore them around my house to compare and them shipped them back with a return label that was emailed to me. All I had to do is take them to UPS and once they were scanned in my account was credited for the purchase price. We have already decided that my husband's new snow boots will definitely come from Backcountry.com. They are awesome!
