Ranked #177 - 25 to 5 Degree Synthetic Bags
February 2, 2010
... to my boyfriend on his birthday. We did an overnight on the AT this summer and he had to borrow a bag, so I thought this would be something different and useful I could get him. Totally unexpected, and loved none the less. So I wouldn't blame the bag for our break up that night. He at least got to try it out while he slept on the floor during the remainder of my trip out to visit him, and according to him, it's warm and comfortable. I can't attest to the 20-degree Heatshield, but I have a 15 degree North Face one that I'm equally attached to.
No guarantees that it won't put a damper on your relationship though.
