to be honest i bought them for the look. in terms of functionality blacks are definitely for the brightest days so you will need additional pair of more versatile goggles.

You don't need another pair of goggles, you just need the correct lens for your needs. No goggles/lens works in all conditions and the good thing about the POC Cornea is that you are able to change the lens. So keep the blacks for bright days and add one of the following for less bright days. This way you will ride in style AND see where you are going. Cornea Grey/Clear Silver - 45% light transmission Cornea Brown/Persimmon Gold - 36% light transmission Cornea Red/Persimmon Red - 44% light transmission
