I'm not a huge runner, but know a good shoe when it's on my feet and need absolute comfort when I do go running. Running is good for your heart but can be hard on your knees, not to mention the abuse my knees take during the winter while snowboarding. The Skydex pads in the forefoot and heel provide ridiculous impact comfort. But perhaps the best feature of the Synchro Float III's or any other Pearl Izumi shoe is the full wrap upper of the shoe and the 360° shoe lace wrap . Having a seamless upper and full wrap laces provides the best fit I've ever had in a shoe. Another good feature is the reflective hits everywhere, this provides peace of mind while running at night. As far as fit goes, I wear a size 10 and think they run true to size. Get some!
