excellent outer layer for activity in the 40s and 50s, but not designed to substitute as a full blown shell. i'm 6'1 175 and a large fits, but it's just a bit tighter in teh shoulders/back than i would prefer, but it still works fine for running and even as a light shell to stash while cycling. will also be great for fastpacking durign the summer. i got it on SAC, so full price seems way too high for what you're getting but at SAC price of 85% off, it was a great buy. cheers.

sac is the abbreviation for Steepandcheap.com steapandcheap.com is Backcountry's "one item at a time" blowout site. nearly everything and anything that's on backcountry seems to eventually pop up on SAC. they also have more blowout one and a time sister sites like bonktown.com, chainlove.com and tramdock.com.. be careful though, it's super addictive and your wallet will be upset with you!!!
