The two suspension bars broke on mine, and I didn't even notice. I never abused this bag. The North Face says there are no more parts and is offering to replace it with a 75 Crestone. I have a feeling the local store is trying to rip me off by offering me a bag that is half the price of the Catalyst. What does everyone think? Thanks.
