Light, fat skis

Soft in the tip, stiffer in the tail. Shovel rocker keeps the tips above the snow nicely. Great in powder, and also carves on groomers at the resort. Some rattle in the tip on packed groomers, but these fatties are not meant for those conditions. I have Dynafit bindings on these skis, which makes for a super light touring set up. Remember- the rocker makes it ski like a shorter ski (less running length/on the ground contact), so don't get too short of a size. I am 5'7" and got the 167.
