Great jacket

I bought this jacket for snowboarding in Tahoe and it performed great. Weather was cold and windy (in the teens) and I stayed toasty with only a light long sleeve layer on underneath. I took a few spills in the snow and I was perfectly dry. The quality is really good and there are ton of bells and whistles (loads of pockets). The shell material is very thick and seems like it will be very durable.
Now for the downsides. The jacket is kind of puffy with the insulation layer on underneath and the shell by itself is a little big on it's own. Also, snow sticks to the the shell material, which is canvas like a Carhartt jacket.
If warmth and durability are important, this jacket is for you. If you're looking for a lightweight, athletic cut, technical shell, you might want to look elsewhere.
