Surprisingly warm

I bought this for my bf, at first he didn't seem interested in it --- I think he thought since it was so thin it wouldn't be warm... but he wore it, he loves it! We had temperatures of negative 15 earlier this month, he wore it shoveling snow and walking the dog, and it served him well. He said it was very warm and kept the wind out. I admit, it's a goofy looking hat, but when it's negative double digits - who cares!!
