I bought this jacket in a medium for my 16-yr-old son who is 6 ft tall, approximately 145 lbs. The length (body, sleeves) was great but it was WAY too big around the midsection. The small would be too short. I was going to return it but my husband (5'10", 165 lbs) tried it on and it was an excellent fit for him. Plus it is a very warm jacket for midwestern cold winter days.
