Cute, but too short for me

I really loved the look of this vest. It was a step away from their traditional Nuptse vest. I'm sending it back, however, because it's a little too short for me. I don't know if it would fit better (longer) if I had gotten it in a small. I am 5'3" about 115 lbs, usually wear a size 0-2 or xsmall-small. I wear an xsmall in the Nuptse vest, and so does my sister who is about 5'4" and 135lbs, so I'm just going to have to say that Furallure is too short for my taste more than my size. Thanks!
