good jacket, bad zipper

I got this jacket for my daughter last year and had problems with the zipper. The zipper would randomly pull apart and it would often get stuck while trying to zip and unzip. Well this year it really broken. Backcountry was great and replaced the coat but the same issues started happening with the new coat as well. I am returning it and getting a different brand. Otherwise the coat is great. Warm and so soft. Also the light blue aqua color is way to light - dirt shows up easily and doesn't was out well so I would go for a darker shade. Thanks to backcountry for being so helpful.
