Originally I purchased to Patagonia Micro puff. I didn't like it, the shape was bad and the pockets didn't liners so they were always COLD and the sleeves had elastic which I HATED. So I returned it and got the Rubicon. I love it. The pockets have a soft fleece lining and are super warm. Not to mention the jacket itself is super warm. Today it was 15 degrees and it didn't even bother me at all. The fits is ok, its not form fitted nor is it baggy right in the middle. Perfect for layering under, if need be. Its pretty warm so I don't know how many layers you'll need. Anyway if you thinking about buying this jacket, do it. You wont regret it.
