I've always wanted to be a Ninja and now I am. I wear it all the time for all kinds of different activity's. It's the perfect base layer. I'm 6'0 175 and the medium fits perfectly. If you are worried about the zipper in the rear being uncomfortable, don't. I never notice it. The material is great and it is well worth the extra money.
