Nice shirt, but not tight enough

This is a super comfortable shirt, soft and stretchy. I'm 5'7" and 125 pounds and the small fit me perfectly until I bent over - the shirt sagged down about a foot and anyone looking in my direction would be able to see straight down my shirt. Too bad because (before that) it was nice enough for the office, the gathered bust looked surprisingly good on my small chest, and it was long enough in the torso and sleeves. Maybe sizing down would solve the problem, but I just sent it back.
