The other reviews are accurate as to sizing, and warmth. Ignore the ones that falted it for being ugly, if you are the type that buys nice outdoor clothing to look cool you shouldn't be shopping here anyway.
The down is awesome, have worn it as a mid layer above merino wool base and below an oakley mystic shell in -8 F and stayed toasty. Went for a walk last night in 20 F wearing it alone and stayed warm. Best, and smartest feature, inside of the pockets have fleece on the outside, so the heat tranfers from your body through the thin layer then gets trapped in the pocket by the fleece then down, amazing, had bear hands in the pockets in 10 F and they were warm.
If you are of the type that lives, eats and breaths the outdoors and need another solid down midlayer, this is it.
