Have not used in a race yet but on several training runs to date. Love the fit and ease of use. I'm a 5'7" and 135 lbs. female and it fits me perfectly. The dial to increase tension on the bladder works well. Very well constructed pack. Whether it has a big enough bladder to work for my upcoming 25 km trail race...we'll see!
