I was hoping these gloves would be warmer than they turned out to be. I did a lot of reading and researching on lots of websites before I ordered them, but now I am convinced that the people who wrote the reviews must live in the south.
I live in Chicago, and I was looking for gloves that would still have plenty of dexterity, but keep my hands warm in the winter when I'm downtown or scraping my car's windshield/shoveling out my parking space.
My fingers usually get cold in these. In fact, yesterday, it was 10 degrees outside, and just walking 50 feet from work, getting in my car, waiting for it to warm up, and then driving off, my fingers were freezing and I had to hold them up to the vents to warm them up.
It does wick nicely, but doesn't do the job keeping my fingers warm. I just ordered a liner off of this website in the hopes that the liner plus these gloves will do the job, although I am not sure these gloves were intended to be used with a liner.
