I just got to try this out yesterday snowboarding and initially a friend made fun of me for it, by the end of the day she was begging for a drink. This pack is slim enough i had it over all my baselayers, yet i had it under my jacket and doesn't make you look like a humpback whale. It feels kinda weird if you sit on the lift chairs with having a bubble on your back, but you get use to it. i fell a few times and i feel confident the camelbak can withstand those tumbles. all in all a good buy
