great shoulder season running tight

i have these 3/4 as well as the full length insulator tights. good quality, very supportive overall. the 3/4 length is great because they keep your knees warm and supported while not being too warm which is great on the shoulder seasons. i am 6'1" 178 and tried medium and large. the medium was the way to go as these things are really stretchy. initially i wasn't using the drawstring, and the tights were sliding down a bit. i started snugging up the drawstring and they stay in place well. recommended!
