Hoser 2L: Durable, lightweight, goes well with my Granite Gear Latitude Vapor

Overall a very good bladder. Works well for my needs. The flow rate is pretty good. The trick is learning to bite the valve the right way before you take a sip and you won't feel your lungs cave in, pretty crucial when your huffing and puffing at high elevations. On a recent trip I left the bladder almost full outdoors, overnight, and in freezing temperatures (didn't know that was going to happen though). In the morning there was no damage or deformity to the bladder due to ice. Durable. If you have an MSR Hyperflow, this bladder works well with that filter. The flow spout of the filter fits like a glove on the mouth of the Platypus. There's a good lightweight combo for ya! Water tastes great coming out of this bladder (i.e. good water in, good water out) and won't alter the flavor of anything you put in it. I interchangeably use water, Crystal Light, Propel, or Gatorade, etc. for hydration with this bladder and it will not hold the flavor of the last thing you put in it. I have friends that use older Platypus bladders and they've owned theirs for several years. I expect these bladders to last just as long. Highly recommended.
