AMAZING WARMTH!
By Neil Bokemeier
Ranked #4 - Mittens

I finally got to test these mittens out skiing in Colorado and they didn't dissapoint. Wtih negative windchills my hands stayed roasting in the mittens, I can see how some people might find these too warm in 30-40 degree weather, but for me they were great. The liners kept the moisture from building up too much, and they dried out very fast when I pulled them out at lunch and the end of the day. I was suprised at the amount of dexterity I had, it was very easy to grab poles, clip in bindings on boots, unzip jackets...also the wrist loops allowed for very quick on and off to use cell phone and other items.
I have notorious cold hands and I can honestly say this is the first time I have gone skiing and not had to use hand warmers. These mittens rocked!

I just took these with me on my Mt. Kilimanjaro trip, and everyone else in the group was using hand warmers except for me on summit day. These mittens are just amazing, they retained their heat great at breaks when I had to pull my hand out sometimes to get into my gear. I have never been happier with a pair of gloves/mittens.
