I enjoy this bag a lot. I've used it the rain and it keeps my books and computer dry. I also like the back zipper because if I just want my computer I don't need to deal with annoying front zipper. It sticks. That's my only complaint. It's kind of annoying in the middle of class trying to get something out of your bag and you have a tough time getting it unzipped
I saw some reviews saying that the strap was annoying when carrying a lot of weight. Well, this is a shoulder bag and they aren't made to carry a ton of weight and be comfortable at the same time. That's what day packs are for. Any loaded book bag or shoulder bag is going to feel a little uncomfortable, so pack light or deal with it.
