Great Helmet, Audio Lacking...

After some use I now get static/cut out turning my head or hitting bumps etc. I have narrowed it down to the ear pad to cord connection. It was always loose there even brand new. It's very annoying now and I barely use the audio because of this. Also the sound is good but the volume control is super sensitive and bad with gloves on. After some use the mute button is being a lot more touchy too. It doesn't seem as loud now as when I got it but maybe that's just me. It definitely should be louder though!! The helmet is of course super solid and fit great etc it's just the audio that sucks. Afterall this is a review of the audio Holt. The Holt alone I would give 5 stars!!
