A good shoe

I got these shoes for less than $10 on a great geartrade deal. I've used the shoes for almost a year now daily, traveling, hiking, and I've been happy with them. They are light, relatively waterproof (the waterproofing wore away with time, so I've had to re-treat them several times. But that being said, when they're waterproof, I can dip my feet into the lake and they stay dry!). Truly low odor, and good looking. I enjoy putting them on every day.
Cons: I've had to change the shoelaces several times because the metallic shoe lace holds tear through laces when you tighten. Also they can be uncomfortable when you cross your legs because they dig into your feet when they touch.
Overall a great shoe!

The shoes have a mesh upper and are NOT waterproof. If you stick your foot in water, plan on having them be soaked unless your name is Jesus. I have had these shoes for over 2 years now and they don't hurt my feet. I wear them over 90% of the time. In winter, plan on having another shoe since your feet get cold. I have never replaced the shoe laces. I wear them on tile and walk on pavement all day. They are not professional, but they blend in nicely to my khakis ;). I don't really care since my feet do not hurt! Totally Amazing Craftsmanship, Fit & Feel. I am disappointed they discontinued these shoes. I actually found a company that had size 12 and I bought 2 pair of them. Hopefully the company will be better and offer more selection since they got bought by the makers of Ugg & Teva.
