Excellent athletic fit; I'm 6'0", ~165 lbs, ~41" chest and a large is perfect on me with room for a few thin layers underneath. It's roomy in the chest and shoulders and sleeves are plenty long. The cut of the body is short- don't expect it to cover your butt. Unbeatable warmth to weight ratio- my large weighs 16.8 oz. Definitely not a durable outer shell on it so you wouldn't want to wear it hiking thru brush without a shell over it. Love it. The model I have is a yr or two old so it may be a bit different from current.
