Gear Review
Jacket fits tight hence the name Slipstream
By gerbs
Ranked #403 - Men's Windshirts and Jackets

First the fit:
Certainly no excess fabric is used on this jacket hence the low weight, body hugging fit and shorter than usual sleeves; which evidently end just above your wrists.
Fabric:
Although light and thin, it feels stronger than it appears. If you avoid abrasion, this jacket will last.
Overall:
Jacket is suitable for running but not cycling and hiking. On a cyclist, the sleeves would probably end at your forearms when hunched over.
For hiking the slim fit would most likely restrict movement and any possibility to layer.
If you're the type who only wears a t-shirts or base-layer, this could be a useful shell for light wind and rain as it weighs nest to nothing.
