Spyder Scruffy Puffy Insulator Jacket - Men's

Item #SPD1263 | 0 in Stock
5 Star Rating

First Descent...nice and easy

By Ranked #1475 - Men's Synthetic Insulation Jackets November 4, 2009

OK first off the pics and description are a bit off...I ordered the Darkness, no red draw strings, or black at the cuff, and way more Gunmetal than the Charcoal I see in the pic, still dig it but a bit different than expected. The narative says there is an inside pocket...I assumed it to be a type-o as there's no mention of the chest pocket that is clearly there, alas nothing on the inside.

...past the little details...the fit is true to size minus the sleeves, they seem short, and at 6 foot I don't say that very often at all. The fit is more trim then athletic, but depends on your point of view. In Arc' I have to wear XXL this on the other hand fits fine in XL with room for a heavy weight Icebreaker or similar. It also fits great under my OR Credo and Pat-a-gucci Primo. Seems well enough suited for corn runs in spring as a stand alone(aw and first chair is still 21 days and 12 hours away). Shorts and 30 degrees and I was fine playin glow ball for 20 minutes or so with the pooch, no issues with the breeze but will have to see about wind and precip.
The hood is not helmet compatable but can easily be worn under a helmet if needed.

As for uses I can easily see this around town, on the hill, on your first and last camping trip, and where ever else the blind lead the blind...or at least that's my plan.

May have to repost in 41 days and 18 hours after she has a dozen or so days on duty.

11 days and 2 minutes till the bull wheels are spining for us...it was -2 this morning after Ullr dumped 30 plus inches onus in 3 days THANK YOU! Anyway -2 f and I had a tee shirt on under the Scuffy Puffy...hood up and went for a 6 block round trip to get my buzz and stayed nice and toasty! the walk back wasn't has nice had to keep one hand out to hold the Coffee...it got cold, but the rest of me TOASTY!
