I'm a male who's just shy of 6 feet tall and weigh about 165 lbs. I was able to try both the medium and the large in a store. The medium just makes it on sleeve and torso length, but it's a close call. I opted for the medium because the large was a little loose in the torso for my build. Other than that, the large would have worked. The coat shipped fast and came well packaged.
