I have several pairs of MK's and really like them. The gusseted crotch is a nice feature and they wear like iron. They may run a little tighter in the waist than Carhartt's, but I've always thought Carhartts were vanity sized anyway. ;-)

yea but then you are shopping at Wal-mart and who wants to do that? I'll take 70 dollar Korean pants over 10cent Chinese Walmart pants any day.

I own both, fabric feel is way different...MK's are much softer and more supple after some wear, but still durable. I keep my Dickies work pants for dirty garden chores and use the MK's for most other stuff. But can recommend Cactus Climbing WK Supertrousers, if you're looking for unbelievably durable canvas pants with custom length options. Expect $$$ though!

you guys know you can get the same thing for 20 bucks at walmart....Dickies work pants look just like and hold up just as good for 1/4 the price.
