POW, Right in the Kisser

Love these gloves! Got a pair last year, of the older model, and they are ballin'! The liner is great for just driving to the hill, or the added warmth on the cold days, and I skied some cold days with these, as in -30C. For some warmer days, ditch the liner, and warmer yet, just use the liner separate. It's awesome. I really dig the short neoprene wrist closure, keeps snow out when you bail, and doesn't mess with how my jacket sits. Plus you avoid the skier faux pas of having cuff outside of sleeve. The inside of the glove is nice and soft for comfort, and the vent on the back is nice for sweaty hands.
