Super allrounder

Ranked #634 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in)
October 29, 2009
Used the pack for over a year now. Works great for hiking and skiing. The material are heavy duty, wich means you will be stuck with the pack for 20 years. It is a bit heavy compared to other. Carrying is great, good adjustment, super nice hip belt. But not pack more than around 12-15 kg in it. The extendable front is great both in sumer and winter. In sumer you put the wet clothes, the trouth or wood for fire. In winter shovel and crampons. Wont need extra cover on the crampons. Not the best axe system, if you have a short axe it dosn´t reach up. The diagonal-style works with small skis. For fat skis you have to use the A-frame. All the parts and loops are solid. Used it a week in France-Italy on winter climbing over 10 000 m. and it worked out fine. For the money it´s a super deal.
Sorry bad english.
