Multi-Tasking Accessory

I mainly purchased the small size version of this cutting board to fillet fresh caught trout but since realized it has many other uses. Most recently I used it as a work surface to dissemble & reassemble my lantern @ camp. Handy for preparing veggies, writing surface, etc. Durable & lightweight material.
