Bought one off SAC a few years ago for skiing. Keeps the water in a liquid state as advertised. The pack is pretty thin, and fits easily under my jacket. Straps are comfortable and have plenty of room. I'm 6', 230 and it fits fine. The pocket on mine is different from the current version, and does not hold much. Maybe keys, a wallet and an energy bar. Plenty of pockets in my jacket, so not an issue for me.
