One thing not mentioned on the product description is the ridiculous amount of velcro on this bag. The main compartment has two large velcro closures in addition to the clips. You may think that's a good extra safety feature but next time you try to sneak into class late, the obnoxious ripping of the velcro as you try to open your new laptop bag will guarantee that you will be the real dreadful embarrassment in the room.
(there are four other velcro closures besides the two front ones - basically there will be ripping of velcro to access any of the main compartments)
I got this bag on steepandcheap.com for a good deal, so I am not returning it. But had I spent full price on this bag, I would be returning it because the velcro is just too irritating. Now I am just planning on covering it with electrical tape.
