Dropped the ball

Well North Face really dropped the ball on this one. I was underwhelmed by these shoes. I have two other pairs of North Face shoes I've enjoyed and these ones were a half size to small from the size I normally wear and pretty cheap with little support. They seem as if they were manufactured by some one else.
