Love the design of the BD Deploy shovel, but recently attended an avalanche safety course, and someone else had the Deploy 7, which was a much better size for moving snow, with not much difference in the backpack (BD Outlaw).
I'm definitely upgrading to the 7 (and would hope anyone rescuing me had it, not the 3).
