Stank!

Capilene is a functionally fantastic base layer - except for one minor detail. THE SMELL!!!

Typically when I sweat, I don't stink. Honestly. Ask my hiking buddies.

When I wear anything Capilene, it hangs on to every ounce of odor-producing sweat that I secrete. Really, it grosses me out.

If you're going to spend the money on a high quality baselayer, get marino wool. You can wear it for a week and it smells like it's fresh out of the dryer.
