Solid in the wind, but wet I don't think so

Picked this up from SAC ~$20. The mesh in the side doesn't really help too much in the rain, but it gives me solid protection from the wind (but once your wet it doesn't mater). I got an XL and its a bit big (5'11", 190) on its own (sleeves are a bit long), but layered with a fleece its fine for a cool 45* bike ride morning commute to school
