if you are over six feet tall wear knee pads the bar goes right across your knees and every time you hit a bump it kills just as a warning ps still a great sled really fast and fun turns on a dime also has powder runners that you can put on very fun

Legs are supposed to go out the back like a "V" so the knees don't hit the bar AND you can slow down by dragging your feet. Try that.
