Ranked #255 - Men's Trail Run Shoes

Their said to run narrow but I found these to be a lil wide. The toe piece is kinda over kill as well. The lace loops are weak. After two months of normal wear one of the lace loops and lace broke. I found the XA Pro 3D to have better loops.
Other than that, these are good trail shoes. The waterproofing worked great for the occasional wet weather & mud. They have a super grippy tread pattern. I run on a lot on decomposed granite in high elevation desert & dry forest areas, known to be looser traction.

Theres creeks and such, seasonal. High elevation deserts get wet weather in winter, mainly cakey mud though. I'm from northern AZ so we get everything, snow, rain, heat, dry loose ground... I guess my review was a little contradicting huh?... Better tweak it.

Why buy a GTX shoe if you run in desert & dry forest? Just wondering.
