It's just like a high end ArcTeryx or North Face, but it looks way cooler. I am a gear snob and was hesitant to go with Armada, but the construction looked as good as anything on the market and the print sold me. I already wore it in the rain and will get it out on the slopes as soon as I can hike for some freshies!

Arcteryx is a great company with solid gore-tex gear no doubt. I see armada, and anyone else using eVent for that matter, starting to give them a run for their money. I have worn goretex for years and bottom line - eVent is a superior material. You cannot get around that. Armada is speaking to a completely different style, and if you get the gear from BC you get the unlimited warranty anyways.

NO where near Arc'Teryx quality & guarantee... although the mpressive use of eVent fabric makes there top line of outwear worth a try this season!
