I think these are the best running shoes I have ever owned. I think I have a pretty standard foot shape and these shoes shape my foot perfectly. Whether it is for a quick response when turning sharp corners, going up hills, or running on rocky surfaces these shoes never slip. They are very light weight and I feel comfortable to run where ever the trail takes me. I wouldn't recommend these for casual wear. They are what they are, running shoes.
